Many eCommerce teams live in Outlook, Excel and Teams. Where a client runs on Microsoft, we wire the platform into those tools and use Copilot as a natural interface to the data.
Instead of forcing the team into yet another panel, we push reports and alerts where people actually work: sales data in spreadsheets, notifications in Teams, summaries in the inbox.
It reflects our rule: automation should plug into the existing process, not build a new one next to it.
